• Device Details: We record your IP Address and Browser type when you save a recording. This is not for tracking; it is to create a "Proof of Origin" that shows you were the one who made the recording.
• Security Verification: Every entry is locked with a unique security code. Any change to the file will break the lock and show the file is no longer original.

2. A Judgment-Free Safe Place

Our platform is built for creative and strategic minds. We guarantee a 100% judgment-free environment. Your rough thoughts, unfinished poems, and private ideas belong to you alone.

• No Human Access: No one at VoiceJournal or Bizbell Academy can listen to your private recordings. Access is strictly locked to your own secure login.
• Permanent History: To keep your life story accurate, we use a system where you can only add new recordings. This ensures your journal is a true, honest record of your journey.

3. Sharing with Family & Friends

Our "Legacy" feature lets you send specific thoughts to the people you care about. When you add a recipient, you are giving them a limited key to see only the recordings you have marked as "Legacy."
